Hey guys...I haven't posted an instrumental for a while so I thought I would...this is one I composed for my wife...as many of you know she suffered a stroke not long ago...she's improving slowly and has come a long way with a ways to go...so this one's for M'Len...as usual...if you do...thanks for listening...Dan

My Love

https://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=12678520

I played everything on a Yamaha Tyros 3 (Piano, Violin Section, Cello, Synth Pad, Flute and Tympani)...I recorded in the on-board sequencer then transferred it to the computer into Steinberg Wavelab for mastering. I thought about incorporating some BiaB tracks....but I played it in real time without a MIDI clock and I'm not real good at that...besides I'm not sure it really needs anything else.

Hey, happy day-after birthday, Dan. This one is chillingly good. Dang, you write emotion not just music. Valentine's Day or any day --every day-- this is so heartfelt. You make us all love M'Len for bringing out such lifting love in you.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Absolutely beautiful. I drifted off to hypnotic melody and textures. So soft and sweet. Great listen

Dan, first and foremost I pray that your wife has a full recovery.
Secondly this is an outstanding instrumental.
Lots of emotion in this. Great dynamics.
You are an extremely talented musician.
Loved it.

Dan,

Lovely tune . . . pretty piano to start . . . compelling melody. A nice composition worthy of dedication. My best wishes to your wife for a quick recovery to full health.

The strings on this are perfectly balanced in the mix, giving it an incredible richness and depth. Real pretty, very emotional and engaging.

Excellent work!!

Deej

I am so glad to hear that your wife is getting better. I know you both have a long, hard road ahead of you, and I have every confidence that it is going to lead to a wonderful fulfillment of Romans 8:28 my friend. You are both adding yet another chapter to a great testimony, so hang in there, and thank you so much for letting us in on the little piece of your heart that led to the development of such a wonderful tune. It's masterful Dan.
