The bare bones backing tracks is perfect. An emotionally raw sound. I made note of the acoustic track for future use. You never disappoint with your lyrics. I like the whole package on this song.

This Janice and Bud are ready to meet you on the corner and listen to these stories! You and Joliz are a perfect fit. We love and also mix out front vocals but rarely hear them work as well as this. You alway pick the perfect session folks for your productions. The piano fits in so nicely. Thanks for listing the production info! We use a lot of similar fx. Wow what a duet! Just mesmerizing to listen to your voices separately and then together, perfectly upfront to highlight emotions, images and poetry. And the beautiful band is still there to support the message. The piano sounds especially great. Cohen in the lyrics and Robert's voice, professional work! I really enjoyed this blue magic carpet ride.

Chelsea Hotel & Tangled In Blue referenced in the one song - excellent.
My ears are a bit iffy today as both voices sound a tad bright, and forward with some some sibilance jumping forward.
I'll disregard my ears on those points and say that narrative is cool, the package is perfect and I'm pleased to thoroughly enjoy another geographic Bob song.

The duet is sung in a whisper with a very simple accompaniment.
It's very beautiful.
It's in the style of a folk song, but the bass sounds like it has a twist to it.
I thought it was amazing how intricate effects were added to the vocals and the overall sound.
The lyrics are also wonderful.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.
