acw play didnt slow done thus i came up with the solution to slow down before importing into bb.

I haven't tried but it should work. Keep in mind, however, that when you're setting the bars, you are setting the tempo too, so after you are done with bars, the resulting project will have a much slower tempo. To solve that, you can use the equalize tempo command, and then seeing the while project to it's original tempo again.
