AI was pretty clear about some of my wishes for change in BB.

No one can beat customer service at P G Music. I just chatted with them and they were able to direct me to where I needed to go to change the path to Real Drums in preferences which was set wrong for some reason. I knew what needed to be done, I just did not know where to do it. Preferences is not always easy to use.
