My main DAW is Cubase 14. I usually run Biab in parralel and set it to the same tempo as Cubase. Then I generate tracks and pull it over to Cubase, check whether it works with my song and sometimes I have to do this over and over again until it fits. This can sometimes be very time consuming. Once BiaB DAW PlugIn was released I thought this could be a big game changer for me. My expectation was to load the BiaB DAW PlugIn into Cubase and it would be perfectly syncronized with Cubase being the master and BiaB DAW PlugIn being the slave. This would allow me to pre -listen to the BiaB tracks before inserting them into Cubase. I tried it several times but couldn´t get it really to work. In my last attempt I was either able to start directly from BiaB DAW PlugIn and could hear the tracks or start/stop from Cubase but without any sound. What is my fault? Is there any tutorial to show how it works.

What version are you using as the new 2025 will generate quicker and play instantly direct from disk. I can't hear audio playback within the Band-in-a-Box VST DAW Plugin - basic troubleshooting! ...
Step 4: Troubleshoot audio
When you open a dialog like the Band-in-a-Box DAW Plugin StylePicker within a DAW, you are actually opening an invisible version of Band-in-a-Box (bbw4.exe). If using ASIO drivers for an external sound card or audio interface, this can cause issues because that device is set to give exclusive control of audio sounds to only one program at a time.
If you need to use those ASIO drivers exclusively, you'll have to find a setting either in your DAW or in your Computer's Playback device settings to prevent exclusive control of audio sounds or use a different audio driver.
A good place to start would be in your Windows Playback Devices "Advanced" settings. The "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" and "Give exclusive mode applications priority" options should be unchecked.

Unfortunately it doesn´t solve the problem...
I´m on BiaB 2025
If I hit the PLAY-buttom (triangle) in the BiaB PlugIn it plays the song with sound. If I start the song in CUBASE it starts BiaB PlugIn as well and the highlighted bars in BiaB are in perfect Sync with Cubase ... but w/o any sound. Cubase is set to ASIO (UAD Apollo) and Biab to MME.
Any other ideas?

Have you get the sync button to the right of the stop button On (circle arrows with a tick) ?
