BiaB is clearly still in a state of change, but it's frustrating that PGM didn't think that through properly before they made the changes. The dialogs should, on the whole, have a consistent style, approach, operation. Things are small tweaks with limited obvious strategy.

I took voluntary redundancy from an employer quite some years ago because they could never adopt a vision and a strategy. Eveything was piecemeal and reactive. So frustrating.
