In answer to your first question, it is my understanding that the stem separation is handled 100% offline. The system does not need an internet connection for stem splitting.

I'm not able to answer your second question, sorry, but the stem separation time is very acceptable.

I'm also not sure if the stem separator function is AI based, as suggested in the post title.
