If I load an Mp3 and right click on the 100% icon below the tempo, it allows changing the tempo by percentage. Either increase or decrease. You can also change the tempo by tapping either of the two boxes beside the tempo It also works to click on the tempo itself and manually set the tempo to whatever tempo desired.
EDIT: You can also use the Woodshed feature to automatically loop and change the tempo with each loop sequence.
