This new version of Native Access is causing some inconvenience due to its path issues. It often claims the path is invalid, even when the correct folders are clearly visible. This means you have to go through the hassle of reinstalling the software.

I had a pleasant conversation with a support agent from India last night, but he was even restricted from providing me with an IP address to ping in India. It's clear that Comcast doesn't expect its customers to have any technical knowledge.
