So here is the thing.. After switching my sample rate to 96000 or even 192000 Hz in my FL Studio DAW, the song during playback began to randomly and rapidly appear and disappear, on top of that I also got the blue screen on my laptop saying that it would be restarted, however, when I'm on 44100 Hz, the disturbances have never been occurred (at least by now!).. So is my MOTU interface fine despite of these things, or I really have to exchange it?

There's no reason to use 96 or 192 .. 41 or 48 is sufficient, but BiaB is geared for 41.
Most of the time you're just adding a lot of throughput stress on the system (and a bunch of zeros) with no real benefit to using 96 or 192 if it isn't required. Especially if your CPU is handling graphics too. Screens will show the stress.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome Make your sound your own!

Excellent advice and most likely the cause of your problems has already been given so I will only add this: To determine if your unit is defective try recording sometime at 96K and 192K; something like a guitar, bass, vocal, etc. Do not use BiaB in this test. If you have no problems then your unit is not defective.

Welcome to the forum. You didn’t say if your interface works with Band-in-a-Box, or if you are even using it. If so, follow the advice above and stick to 44.1.
Use of those higher sample rates also requires a more powerful CPU and fast RAM and storage throughput. You could tell us more about your computer, which could be causing your problem rather than the MOTU. It could also be a problem with malware or other programs unnecessarily running in the background. Or a bad or unregistered plugin. Or a bad cable. Lots of things would be higher on my list to check than a defective unit from MOTU.

i agree with all the responses. to the op... you might find the following of interest at some point if you ever run into other problems. https://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=795663#Post795663particularly note the points re assessing the suitability of a pc for music production and also posting ones settings as pics so people can offer good advice. ie win/sound interface/bb and/or rb settings for drivers. lots of tips. regarding padding with zeroes...spot on. yonks ago i knew a tech that used a utility to inspect the result of useing such higher rates. to the op on gearspace.com where loads of studios hang out...over the years the sampling rate question has been debated time and time again. a quick rough way to see how capable your laptop is is to run in rb action >> test audio performance. i use a mid range ryzen pc and rb repors over 300 tracks. what is reported for your laptop ?? frankly any pc can be brought to its knees with huge numbers of tracks and plugins that use lots of pc resources....and glitches occur. happiness. om

I have recently checked my MOTU interface with another DAW which is "Reaper", and surprisingly by setting the higher sample rates on it didn't disturb my sound, where as before I was indeed using an unlicensed DAW which exactly caused this problem (all thanks to Matt!), so all the efforts were not in vain, and I'm happy that everything is fine with MOTU yeah and I wanna huge thanks to rharv for those very valuable reasons for using lower sample rate cause I'm not new to music, but those things I really should've known in the first place so will keep that in my mind!.. In other words an issue have been solved!
Cheers!

Glad you got it sorted out.
But as others have said.... there's really no reason to record at anything above 24/48. The difference is not going to be apparent to anyone listening. 16/41.1 is CD quality. So using 16 or 24 bits at 41.1 or 48 depending on the ultimate use, is more than sufficient.
41.1 is the sample rate for audio use and 48k is the required sample rate for film & TV use with a preferred resolution bit rate of 24

I'm glad you got this sorted. Unfortunately, you never mentioned if you are running Mac or Windows so I couldn't see a way to help.
I recommend including this basic information in your Signature like many of us do. This way, no one has to ask.

Mike Halloran, Next time I'll do that, thanks for the note! Sure. To add a signature, click on your User Name near the upper right of the screen and then click on Edit Profile. For MOTU specific issues, MOTUNATION can be quite helpful. We are a users' group and not affiliated MOTU support but there's a good chance that someone can answer questions more quickly over there.
