I like that piano track! With just you and the piano at the start sets the mood. Vivid imagery in the lyrics. This is one of my favorite Bob compositions!

Another great song from you, Bob! Love the production too, everything sounds top notch.
For my tastes I would prefer have the two vocals tighter, more in sync. But then you would lose the live feel I suppose.

We LOVE this line: “And the echoes of you
Still make a joyful noise”
The opening is great with just your vocal and the piano.
The similarities between the two cities and the way you both sing lines your own way is very engaging.
As always you paint such a vivid picture with your lyric.
And you brought in a fine group of session guys.
Your mix and mastering sound outstanding on our monitors.

Very cool intro.
Joliz's 1st line gets a bit swallowed or blurred but recovers soon after.
Cool band.
I think it's just me but I think the vocal phrasing should be a little tighter if a duo or one of the two be reduced in level as a harmony part.
Nevertheless a very cool song.

Bob. Across the years you've always been one of my BIAB favorite artists. I always look forward to your songs and this instantly became a favorite song for me. I really was drawn in to the song. Duets can be difficult to write a cohesive song and hard to find the combination. This performance nailed it. Enjoyed this one a lot.
