Hi Bob,
If you go into the /bb/Data folder (not the RealBand folder, but the bb folder) you should find a file bbw2_flashmessage_log. If you look at the errors in that log, you will probably see something like: Cannot load drum style, because this folder does not exist: C:\bb\Drums\.......
I would copy the complete folder path, and paste it into Windows Explorer. See if you can navigate to that folder...
