Hi:
I recently purchased Band in Box 2025 Ultra Pak and I was wondering if Band in a Box Xtra Style and Xtra Pro Styles
are worth purchasing?
Has anyone purchased these addons?

I have all of them and like any other style package, there are some I really like and some I will never use at all. I would suggest that you listen to the demos and judge for yourself if you need what is on a particular package or not. Now to make things really complicated, and PG Music sometimes is the master at this, I am really not sure if any of the styles offered on the earlier Xtra Styles PAKs and the XPro Styles PAKs are included in any of the later yearly releases of the Ultra Pak BIAB program. If they are, why pay for them twice. If not, check them out. Perhaps someone else could chime in on this question. Now to make things really complicated, and PG Music sometimes is the master at this, I am really not sure if any of the styles offered on the earlier Xtra Styles PAKs and the XPro Styles PAKs are included in any of the later yearly releases of the Ultra Pak BIAB program. If they are, why pay for them twice. I'm not sure about the Xtra and Xpro stuff but they def repackage the previous years Bonus stuff and include it as "new" in the following year! I noticed several of the "new" 2025 styles were already marked as favorites after I installed them! I was puzzled until I realized they just took 2024 Bonus stuff and renumbered it! Seems a bit sneaky to me.

Best way to keep up on what you have and do not have is the "What Add-ons Do I Have?" menu under the Help Menu.
You can then readily see what might be missing.

Styles included in the XPro and Xtra Style PAKs have not been added to the Pro, Mega, Ultra, Ultra+ or Audiophile packages. They remain a separate purchase from the packages.
Bonus RealTracks are typically added to the Ultra, Ultra+ and Audiophile content after the release sale ends. However, sometimes the bonus RealTracks are not added to the packages until the next annual release.

I agree with what Jim said and he’s always on the money with his answers. The only thing I can’t be sure of is that ALL Bonus RealTracks are eventually added to regular future versions. I didn’t think that had been established as actual fact. Some are added, for certain.

There have never been any Xtra Styles or XPro Styles included in a Bonus PAK, and there aren't any this year either - they are a separate purchase and install.
