There are a few options in Prefs->MIDI File and Prefs->MIDI Options that may be worth experimenting with if nothing's forthcoming.

Ah ... ChatGP seems to answer this question sensibly:
"How do I stop MIDI SuperTracks from using sforzando, please?" (apparently that needs to be without the quotes I added)

I think I had sampletank when I first tried BiaB back in 2013(?), though at that time I found BiaB unusable on my small screened notepad PC and gave up on it.
