I think tempo equalization just averages all the tempos in a map and gives you the average. Cool concept, haven't found much use for it in real life (everything sounds off).
There are plenty of ACW parts in those vids, they just aren't named as such. I pointed to a specific point in one of your previous posts on this topic. -------- PGMusic has a vid also here (better than mine in many ways, shows bar adjustments) Pertinent part starts at around 3:30 -

btw there is a whole section on acw with pics in the help manual in rb. also for various tips re rb within rb is a useful feature 'tips of the day'...i suggest you go thru as it covers many many aspects of rb.
