Happy New Year everyone! Not a sad or serious or happy song in the outlaw country style that I would appreciate your comments on. V4 But I got married back this spring. Seemed like a good plan at the time. Blew my last nickels on the ring. Then she ran off with my last dime. Ch. Great song. Love the instrumentation and your delivery.
I think your vocal could benefit from coming up a bit in the mix - it's hard to hear you in some spots.
That's an easy fix though for an excellent song.

Bob, cool song, and that Outlaw band sounds great. Like your vocals a lot on this one. The vocal levels sound ok to me maybe you've already brought them up per Bob's suggestion. SOME people would quibble about referring to the large mammals at Yellowstone as "buffalo" instead of "bison". But "buffalo" is much more poetic, what with the "home where the buffalo roam" reference and all, so I'd stick with the tried and true "buffalo". Nice start to 2025!

Hi, Vic. Good write and backing. The lyrics on the first verse were a bit hard to make out, but things cleared up after that. Love the way the rhythm kicks in on the chorus. Works for me!
