All-

I'm still learning how to use Logic Pro 11 and Band in a Box 2024. Sure wish I'd done this a few years back during the covid lockdown. Here's a little arrangement of Auld Lang Syne that I did to post to my friends this past New Year's Eve. It's in Bb major, "The People's Key" as it is known to wind players. I put a short 8 measure interlude in the middle so that I could improvise a solo.

On the intro, I had band in a box generate a solo with a real track featuring Jeff Lorber. Tempo is quarter note = 85 bpm.

Memo: This slow 1970s funk rock style features a perfect drum groove that is backed by pop organ, two electric guitars, and electric bass. -Examples: Rock On, Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get, Genre "Intensity" Score=60/100
