Cirlcing you guys in spirit to keep the level up. Loved the video the other day, and today listening on Soundcoud, which sounds even better. But those videos you guys make are second to none, and this one is top notch. Man, Scott, you breathe your guitar parts like you were born to play. Robert, your lyrics are always so good, and, man nobody can sing them with such conviction. So well done, Spirit Level.

Scott and Robert, chilling and deliciously threatening. You guys make music like nobody else I listen to. Love it! Super opening and tasteful guitar work throughout. Love the touch of wah. Super vocals. Arrangement, production and mix are superb. Nice one!

The drums and your guitar really drive it well with a seemingly mellow vibe initially.
But then we learn it is packed with dynamics and nuances.
And there’s Lots of emotion in Robert’s vocals.
The audio is well mixed and the vid well supports the lyric.

Thanks Herb for checking out the song. The intro was done using my guitar with a whammy pedal and phaser. I having been adding some synths to quite a few of our latest songs. More for background feel tho.. Glad you liked the song...

You guitar up to the solo is signature sound Scott.
The solo is a bit different and that's a good thing as it morphs back into signature tones and licks as it blends back into the song.
As a bassist I want a little more from 995 but that's a bias I acknowledge.

This is up there with the too-high-to-reach usual Spirit Level standard. Seriously. Robert, your voice is magical. The writing is stunning. Scott makes sure the rest of the production is top notch, through his impeccable playing. It all comes together to produce a haunting, magical song, with the beautifully-written, trademark Spirit Level lyrics. Nothing more to say, except that it's a joy and a pleasure to come here and see that you've released another song. Always a joy to listen, you NEVER let the listener down in any way.

Wow, this is heavy stuff! Strong imagery full of magic, "you`re a magnetic rhythm to a feverish hymn" & "let your thighs coil my minds turmoil", only Robert can write like this. And Robert's voice is also magical, really showcasing all possible aspects from whispering to falsetto.
Excellent selection of guitars and drums support this unique atmosphere and when Scott lays his fascinating guitar riffs on top of it, the world is not the same old boring one anymore.
