Personally, I would prefer it as text so I can always refer back to the places I need. Also, text documents need to be updated, whereas videos cumulate and sometimes add, sometimes supersede, and you can never be quite sure which is when.

I vote for both text and video. I like to start with video then have the text as reference material. YMMV
