So, if I understand well, you are suggesting, as an alternative, to install only the new 2025 FLAC files, leaving the old .wavs and going this way to a "mixed" (flac/wav) situation, right?

There would be pros and cons this way...the pro is a much more simple setup, while a complete "ex-novo" setup of the flac files surely would require a lot of time, but on the other hand the occupied space on my hard disk would be much less than now...

Does anyone here know how long could it take the complete ex-novo setup?

You probably won't need to re-install all the styles an add-ons if you install the new program into your existing directory.

With your present installation, at the bottom of the Realtracks and Realdrum pickers, you will find an option that will allow you to create a list of all the R/drums and R/tracks that are installed. You could save a copy of this information and then compare it to your the same information from your 2025 installation. While the 2025 installation will have more items because of the new material, all the previously installed material should be there.
