I can understand that RealBand is what it is and it's not the main focus of PG as well as only being made for Windows.
Most programming time is spent on the Win Biab then the other 6 months on the Mac Biab, that's a whole other can of worms.
This may be too much work and not worth it ?
To have no destructive audio editing will give way faster generate times, easier editing and small hard drive storage for the SEQ project files, instead of being filled with masses of wav files it will just reference to source RealTrack/Drums files wma/flac/wav or other users source files.
At the moment any audio file you add to RealBand is decompressed to wav and stored in the SEQ, any editing produces more wav files.

Most other DAWs have it but can't generate up session players !
