I have received and conected my EverythingAudioPhile USB HD. I am learning to use Song Settings to refine the tunes in my set list.
Also, I wanted to get a handle on how to edit current styles so I went to the tutorials. All the newer ones (2010, 2009...) showing features and
overviews worked fine playing from the HD. When I try to use the VideoTutorial.exe, the starting autoplay is fine, but if I try
and use the drop down menu, or the advance button for the older videos, Windows Music Player (ver 11) crashes. I did go to
the Data folder and install tscc.exe, the code file, but no change. I copy'd VideoTutorial.exe to my internal HD, but same thing
happens. My old (2008) BIAB HD did not have this happen. All videos were OK.
Can anyone clue me in to how to fix this? Am I doing somthing wrong with my settings?
