It's worth a mention that many, perhaps most, people create a backing track .mp3 or ,wav, rather than run BiaB live, as there are fewer things to go wrong and a smaller risk of surprises. That said, there certainly are a number of people who regularly use BiaB live and for jazz, where things sometimes change late, BiaB has good flexibility.

BiaB also has the 'Conductor' feature, though personally I didn't really get on with it. Maybe I need more practice. (I'm not sure it's really intended for jazz).
