I downloaded the new update (July 28th) and this has placed additional holds folders 120, 129, 130 and 136 in my 'Holds' library folder. However previously there were folders from 1 - 91 then nos 92 - 119 are absent and 121 to 128 also missing. Is this correct?
Would be really useful if BIAB had a better system for ensuring we were always up to date and this should included Real Drums and Real Tracks updates too. Since there are now so many files it is easy to miss an update.
Just wondered why there should be missing numbered folders in the 'Holds' library folder and if my collection is complete.

There are 3 'Shots/Holds' install files. When the latest RTs were released, I was not sent the 3rd which was the latest. After calling Tech Support, they sent it to me. If you did not receive all three, you should contact PG. The 7/28 updates just added additional support for earlier RTs.
I'd like to see a better way to keep current with updates also.

p.s. To see if you have everything, go into the RealTracks picker and check the Holds column on the far right side. If you're missing something, it will say something like 2n or 91n - the important thing is the 'n' following the number meaning it is missing.

If you bought the whole nine yards 2010.5 you have all the RD & Rts updates.

PG Music support have sent me links to the three files containing all the pushes and holds - I assume the same ones you mentioned. I am downloading them at the moment and they are quite large! It is surprising to me that I should be missing these as I have always kept BIAB updated and purchased the 2010.5 complete summerpak on DVDs. Anyway thanks for your advice and hopefully I will be sorted once I have downloaded and installed these three files.

Updates are not uncommon here. They happen frequently. It's a sign of the company watching what we post about and then making improvements. Things like pushes and shots are tested during beta to make sure they 'work' as expected. Then after release people comment on how it sounds in certain tracks; PGMusic responds with updated realtracks and/or program code. Then they go back and add new features to previously existing realtracks (a feat in and of itself I'm sure) and enhance newer ones with what they learned .. It's all a sign of a company that keeps improving the product for us. So while they may be large (at times) and an inconvenience, often they are free improvements to what was purchased, so it's hard to complain  Make it a habit to check the updates section and pay attention to those announcements the staff makes here on the forum. They often make your product better by leaps and bounds. Sometimes with things you never even thought about before but someone somewhere noticed...
