Hi Frank.

I haven't encountered this problem before. If you restart BIAB, under the OPTIONS menu, you will find a selection to "Return to factory settings". Click on that and then click on the option that says "MOST".

I've usually found that when BIAB does strange things, a return to factory settings often fixes it. Using the "MOST" option will keep your audio and midi set-up intact.

If you cannot get to the "Options" menu, close BIAB and do the following.

In \bb\Prefences... 1) rename the file MySetup.DK to MySetup.DK.old and 2) rename the file intrface.bbw to intrface.bbw.old. Once that is done, restart BIAB. Renaming the files will force BIAB to create new ones. Renaming the files rather than deleting also allows the older files to be retrieved if needed. You will need to reconfigure your audio and MIDI set-up after doing this. It is the ultimate factory reset.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
