Hi.

A couple of things spring to mind...

1) You may have rendered the backing to an audio file. Then, when you play the backing, the audio file also plays. If this audio file has the metronome sound playing throughout, it will be heard and it will sound like it's in the backing. To eliminate the audio, under the Audio menu at the top of the window, select "Edit audio" and then choose to "Kill entire audio".

2) To reset everything back to the factory settings, which should clear your issue if it is not an audio-file problem, under the Options/Opt. menu, According to the manual, this is present on BIAB 2014. In the first instance, try the "MOST" option. If that doesn't work, then use the "ALL" option.
