Hello, I am using BiaB 2012.
The instrument that I normally select for my melody lead is #12 Vibes. But under the first bar of the song, "12 Vibes" is listed when I print the music or when I preview graphics. I would like to stop showing this text in my printed music. I put this question into google and got this AI response:
To stop the patch name from showing in Band in a Box, go to the "MIDI Monitor" window, then navigate to "Options" and uncheck the box labeled "Display Patch Names"; this will prevent the patch names from appearing in the MIDI Monitor display.
This seems to be the solution that I seek, but I can't figure out where the "MIDI Monitor" is and have concluded this is for a different version than I have. Any suggestions? Robert

Under the normal Options Window, I unchecked "Display Patch Names on Notation". Problem solved.
