Hi Charles,
You don't have to run the program to get that info. I know the 16.0 part of the number isn't too clear, but the last two digits in that number (.19) is your build number. If you forget which version of Band-in-a-Box you're running, the copyright information is to the right of the version number, including the year of the release.
Svenne, you may want to post your suggestion in the Wishlist section of the forums as well, just to make sure the right people see it. :-)
