Sounds like either a routing issue inside the Saffire or you do not have the correct inputs selected in BiaB.
Look closely at the audio input selected in BiaB, you may have to use ASIO to get the multiple inputs to show, this would be a Saffire limit, not BiaB.
At 6 minute mark of video they show how the routing works pretty clearly.

FWIW you may have better luck using RealBand instead as it allows multiple audio ports to be used..
