Because this signature riff line is monophonic, it's an excellent candidate to use midi to drive the RT2591 bass for this project. I didn't understand what this means. What is the RT2591 bass? In testing, I imported the bass channel from a free midi file from a reliable online Midi Site that had an accurate to the original song's bass line. I tested the midi bass with the default coyote, with a BIAB Hi-Q bass and also used Sforzando with a Timbres of Heaven bass before converting the Mixer Bass Track with RT2591 to a Playable RealTrack. What is Timbres of Heaven bass?
