If I write MIDI to a utility track, how can I Copy/Paste just that part to another measure?

Select Mixer tab on the Audio Mixer. Select Utility Track. Place cursor in track area of Utility track to bring the track in focus. Use Control + F7 keyboard shortcut to open the Track Settings and Actions window. I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. I have written a couple of measures of MIDI in the Utility Track and want to Copy/Paste those 2 measures to other locations in the same Utility Track.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. I have written a couple of measures of MIDI in the Utility Track and want to Copy/Paste those 2 measures to other locations in the same Utility Track. You should possibly be able to easily do that with the Piano Roll. Mouse drag around the required notes, move the cursor to the new location, right-click and select paste.

You should possibly be able to easily do that with the Piano Roll. Mouse drag around the required notes, move the cursor to the new location, right-click and select paste. That is correct. One other way to do it which is a bit more precise is instead of pressing Ctrl-C press Alt-C (or go to Edit > Copy Special > Copy From... To...) which lets you specify which bar range to copy as well as which data to copy (chords, melody, soloist, lyrics, etc).
