Okay, so I went through and deleted every other bar line. I ended up having to go in to Song Form and Reduce chords by 1/2 to get it to work. It's got a tempo of 90, which works great for Funk Shuffle feel. The lyrics synch up with the chords, i.e. the Style I picked, but what I can't get a handle on is that the Vocal Stem is off. The Master Stem sounds great, but now those two stems are not in synch at all.

Why would the vocal stem get off from the Master Stem? I did do Equalize Tempos, which brings the tempo to 90. I'm not sure if this is what threw off the Vocal Stem.

Can I delete the stems and have BIAB reimport with the Stem Splitter from the Master Stem that is currently in my tune? The problem is, I can hear the rest of the band playing even 8th notes over the half tempo generated rhythm section playing shuffle 16ths. I just want the vocals, with my generated band providing the music.

Post: I did that, it worked. The vocals are slightly off the groove, though. That's really at particular places in the form, which tells me that Lennon and McCartney are rushing at those spots. Rushing over the 8th note groove is kind of expected, but the 16th note groove makes it really obvious and a bit dizzying.
