I use the coyote/TTS synths that are defaulted in BB/RB. Generally speaking, I don't replace them very often. When I replace a BB track it's often with a live track played by me. For that I use whatever synth is required for the job. For realistic "midi" driven vocals.... You need to look at Synth V and some of the voice databases it has.
