shlind Journeyman S Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 429	As mentioned in the thread "what should be prioritized", I think it is, "important to involve conducting extensive usability tests with newcomers who have a fresh perspective, rather than relying on feedback from long-time users who have grown accustomed to the program's quirks."
