I haven't posted a song in a bit and I doubt I will soon.
I am posting a big thank you to all the members of the forum who have commented on my songs, and in a number of cases, made suggestions that improved my arrangements and songs.
I am writing because for the first time in 30 years, I am going into a studio and recording an album. I have held on to a bunch of songs I wrote in the 90s that hold special significance to my wife, her family, and me. I have waited until the right situation occurred.
I will start recording in two weeks. The producer/engineer loves the BIAB arrangements and RT and RD stems I gave him. They will give the drummer and bass player a solid tempo. Some of the other BIAB RTs intrigued him as well.
So, thanks to all.
I am not forgetting Peter Gannon and his talented associates for evolving BIAB into the premier arranging software in the world.
Wish me luck as I embark on my studio experience!

Fred, that's very cool. Yes, we'll all be saying, "I've been listening to Fred since way back when..." Well, at least *I* will. Seriously, know that's got to be beyond exciting. Break a leg!

Good luck, Fred.
I've always thought that your BIAB productions of your songs were just what they needed to be. You will be "right at home" in the studio. Hope it is all that you want it to be.
