Studio One Pro 7 will do exactly what you want: A-Create a tempo map of your audio track - I'm sure you know how to do that, if not just let me know B-Using the straight line tool draw a tempo straight line 1-In the audio track make sure you have tempo timestretch selected 2- in timestretch make sure sound is selected 3-in tempo + - type in your desired non-integer tempo
