Hello,

My name is Jim and I have created a music video to my song. I have uploaded my video in distrokid, but it keeps getting rejected. I have modified the video 5 or 6 times and resubmitted. But I keep getting the same reply. It says something is wonky with the video. It also states that Music videos must not contain chyrons, static or scrolling lyrics, lower-third graphics, closed captions, subtitles, or lyrics displayed as subtitles. There does not appear to be any contacts are any way to get more specifics on why it was rejected. I need to find someone who has experience creating music videos to help me figure out what needs to be changed.
