Very cool old time blues with magical lyrics and a warm arrangement. That piano sounds very authentic and the sax adds honey to the mix. Pleasant vocals and bass playing once again. You are obviously an old soul who draws ideas from a deep well of the collective mind. Our beloved wordsmith and melody carpenter has given us the potion that brings us to our knees. I'm happy to stay another season, although I'm still enjoying your previous seasons  Janne Hi, Janne. You and Scott are the guys that often resurrect a song from page two. Most times I'll either reply through PM or read it, smile, and send you my gracious vibes of gratitude. I always figure that not many are like me who come back to read my reply. But your comments are always so... I don't know... real. And you speak my language with things like "old soul" and "collective mind." Seasons come and go, but you are the best seasoning for any of them, Janne. Very cool tune Marty. Your bass really drove this song. Excellent vocal and lyric. As always excellent groove. Well done.. Thanks, Scott. You and Janne are certainly two of my favs from this forum. You appear everwhere I post and always give me such a lift.
