I just loaded the song from old.Artist Performance Set 11 and applied the _WINE.STY to recreate your setup. I also tried this and was unable to duplicate the problem. FWIW I have had the utility track freeze on me a number of times. A return to factory settings selecting the most option always solved the problem.
Note by freezing I mean I couldn't delete, change patches, or clear the track. It just played what was on the track and I couldn't do a thing about it until a return to factory settings. I have no idea what this happens. I second trying a return to factory settings - you can do this from the Options menu. If it asks to reset MOST or ALL, Most is probably fine.
