The default location of the Band-in-a-Box Sforzando Instrument Library is: C:\Program Files\PG Music Inc\Band-in-a-Box Sounds. However the location can be wherever you like. There are two restrictions. (1) All PG Music instruments need to be in the same location and (2) You need to run the instrument library installer files.

Change the location by running any of the Playable Realtracks, Sforzando or Hi-Q instrument installer files. You will provide the updated file location as part of the process of running an installer file.

The instrument installer files tell the computer operating system registry keys where the Playable RealTrack, Hi-Q and Sforzando instrument libraries are located. In turn Sforzando gets the location from the computer operating system registry keys.
