We have no idea what version of BIAB nor year you have. We also need to know your macOS — I am presuming Sonoma or Sequoia from the error message.

If you look at Jim’s and my signatures, you’ll see that we list our BIAB and OS versions. To add this info, click on your name in the upper right of the screen and Edit Profile.
