tried to pm you but youve reached your pm limit.
if you google that error code theres a ton of info on the net includeing vids.
i suspect the upgrade to win 11 has changed some settings so ptw cant address your sound interface.

its difficult for us and pg to help without pics of your...
..win sound settings includeing advanced tab
..your ptw sound interface audio driver settings and...
..your sound interface settings....ie an applets settings.

knowing the above plus what your sound interface is means people
helping you arent flying blind.

please provide the above info.

ps...please read my tips in pg tips forum.
lots of tips that might help you in your use of ptw and your pc.
