PS- AudioTrack - I'm curious that you wouldn't use the USB audio input/return from your audio device. Then again, I have no idea of how or what you use your studio and DAW for. For all I know, any external audio that you may need to get into your PC comes into your PC/DAW via the 18i8's analog outs or digital SPDIF outs.
I'm only using it for output. In fact I don't think I've ever recorded through it. (You can tell that I don't do much recording crazy )
