Hi everyone, Sorry I was away for some time. These times are a bit troublesome and I made a song about that. Well, that's the brief summary. The lyrics will tell what I mean. I hope you enjoy the song. Or at least tell me what you think of it. Hans, welcome back! Wow, this song has a great sound, and your vocals/harmonies are dynamite. Like the band a lot, how much is BiaB? You've definitely gotten some extraordinarily good sounds from whatever you are doing.

Hi Ron, WaoBand, Tano, Mario and Vicarn, Thanks very much for listening and replying on this political song. I have always been politically involved. From the past, and when I entered politics myself, and still afterwards, as you have noticed. I also know it's a sensitive subject. It can even causes wars ;-) But the setup of the song itself is a bit of layback; I'm driving a car, feeling lonely and musing about the situation in the world. And I got angry at those who contribute to this. That was the atmosphere I tried to achieve in this song. So it's a song about people in the United States today, but also about Germany (lately) and my country last year, whose voices are causing democracy to slide backwards. Because that worries me. Good song, Hans, liked the harmonies - they were effective, sparse though they were. Yeah, Trump is a huge embarrassment, but we got through 4 years and he didn't blow the world up, so we can do it again (I hope). Problem is, the Democrats are just as bad. I vote Green Party, I wish more people would do that. Sorry to anyone offended by the political commentary, but it was a political song, so...

"It seems the world has lost its mind." Yeah, not the best time to tap into the collective consciousness. Best thing is the songs that come out of times like this. I'd rather talk about that. Now this one is really good, and it lets us know there are still smart folks who can make good music. Like Bob TM said, a big embarrassment.

Your laidback blues made me feel better despite the sad message. I felt like I was with you in the car and hoping the sea would calm me more... Let's hope that reason will rise from the ruins left behind by clowns and their blind followers.
Another pleasant arrangement with nice chords, all instruments support your drive, The softer verses and the more powerful chorus show nice contrast. Brent solo works perfectly here. Your voice is strong as always and I really enjoyed those harmonies.

Excellent timing for the song Hans. The current situation we are in is very disturbing. I understand the need for change and trying to improve the situations we live in but I don't understand.. Where are all the normal people that could sit down and have a conversation and talk things out. It seems for the last 20 years the lunatics are taking over the asylum. So for the rant. The song was excellent..

The politics of the world, summarized in a single protest song. About the same in every country. Your lyrics express what pretty much everyone is thinking about the situation right now, and they do it really well. In some places the vocals sound a bit over-processed, but I guess that's intentional. Hi Hans, sometimes I don't have much to offer about the music but this did evoke some strong feelings. You certainly captured the perplexity and pain of the deterioration. Wasn't sure if the driver intended to drive into the ocean or simply be by that glorious expanse of nature that returns sanity to the mind. It's a good cliffhanger. Was it intentional?

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

The Xtra Styles require the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition of Band-in-a-Box®. (Xtra Styles PAK 19 requires the 2025 or higher UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition. They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
