I will start by saying I appreciate the unique things that BIAB can do. However, at the current prices customers have a right to expect a top quality interface and professionally written documentation, and they aren't getting it.

I have honestly NEVER seen a poorer quality manual. It is so badly organized and written, and the index is of almost no use. I am certain that whoever wrote it never did professional tech writing for a living. Menu items are not listed in the index and there are no standard musical terms included. Likewise, the graphic design looks very amateur.

As for the BIAB interface, it is not an exaggeration to say is on par with shareware programs I used to get for $5 on floppy discs 25 years ago.

If anyone doubts what I am saying I suggest comparing these things to Logic, for instance? Finale is far from perfect, but the manuals are still in a completely different class.

If there is nobody on staff who is qualified in these departments it is time for PG to contract an outside professional to do it for them.
