Menu: Melody->Edit Melody Track->Quantize->Resolution (per bar)
or right-click on a track in the mixer and Edit MIDI->Quantize, Time adjust->Quantize->Resolution (per bar)
Those offer values from 1/4 through 1/48.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.
