I use BIAB on Windows 10. When I play a song, the active chord follows the chord sheet correctly. However, when I save the song as a video, the music and the active chord get out of synch. I.e. the video indication of the current chord and the actual current chord playing in the audio are not aligned.
Has anybody come across this issue? Any suggested fixes? I am BIAB 2024 user.

Hi Sean:
As to your question, Yes, I have had the same problem.
I haven't used it lately so I'll try to remember what Peter's suggestion was.
First, if you're not already, go out of Full Screen Chord Sheet view, using CTRL+T.
That shows all the ribbon icons at the top of the screen.
Pick the Save As icon, and select the "Save as video ..." option.
When that window appears ("Make chord sheet video"), use CTRL+T to put you back to Full Screen ...
I use the default settings (I'd try that first) then when you click the "OK - Render Video" button,
when the progress bar starts, I minimize the BIAB window. Then watch for the Completed pop up in the bottom RH corner of the screen. Click on that to open your rendered file.
It also seems to help if you either close every other app that's open on your screen, or at least minimize them all.
This may be dependent on the "horsepower" of your equipment, dunno.
Anyway, just tried it here and it works fine.
Let us know if you still can't get it to work and I'll dig up Peter's post on it.

I tried the "revert to factory settings" and the "ctrl T" thing but same issue. It is an old win 10 workhorse laptop. Very slow by modern standards. So....have just tried on a much higher spec Win 11 machine.
The good news is that the sync issue has gone.
The bad news is that none of the three codecs supported by BIAB work.
However, I was able to open the avi video with VLC Media Player using the MS-CRAN codec.

Thanks for the report Sean.
I have mine set to default to Windows Media Player for the videos.
I'm not techie enough to figure out the rest! lol
