When I open Biab, the main page is just left centered of my monitor. Where "files" top menu lines up, the fi are off the screen and I have to drag it to the R in order to line up the main page.

Why is it not lining up correctly from L-R properly? I believe I have the "maximum" screen width square box top right opened properly.

I tried resetting the display settings and still no joy?

Advice? Thanks

This is the one that will make if revert to full screen:

If it looks like this, it is full screen already:

I've tried both of them and both still shift the main Biab screen slightly to the left. Ive never had this happen before? It also happens with style list as well. I can drag it to center but I have to do it evey time and that gets old. It must be a system/monitor type setting I'm guessing?

FYI, it ONLY appears to happen with Biab?

Thanks

Is your computer using more than one monitor? If the computer has one monitor try changing the graphics resolution. If it makes a difference then you can likely change the resolution back to the original setting and it will work.

Did you try changing the resolution of the computer graphics setting under the display driver in Windows Control Panel? What driver you have will depend upon the manufacturer of the built-in or add-on display adapter your computer uses. The screen shot below shows the graphic driver settings for my laptop.

Good idea above from Jim.
Additionally, right click on the desktop, select Display Settings, and make sure Scale and layout values are set to 'recommended':

Could you take a screenshot of your entire screen and share it here so we can see what you're seeing?

How to take a screenshot in Windows 11: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/learning-center/how-to-screenshot-windows-11
- We suggest pasting the screenshot into MS Paint then saving it to your desktop as a PNG file

How to attach a screenshot to your reply: https://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=faq
- Fifth entry from the bottom, titled "Can I attach a file to my post?"

I appreciate your feedback. I still haven't found a way to adjust it yet. It's probably right under my nose and haven't seen it yet, LOL.

Thanks everyone,

If you're able to share a screenshot with us we should be able to help - as it is we're flying blind.

Trax, have you tried to click on the restore down icon, the one on the top right between the - (minimize) and the X (close) icons. If you can you can resize BiaB.

OK, a random thought;
Why does toilet paper need a commercial? Who's not buying it?

Even tho the left side of Biab was off the screen, the screen capture showed the full screen after pasting it in paint?

I also noticed a different program I opened was also off to the left side, so I don’t think it’s a Biab problem, rather a screen setting?

I’ve tried resetting the screen size and resolution to no avail? Tried updating drivers as well

Is your monitor connected by VGA? If so you might need to calibrate it - should be an auto calibration/alignment/etc option in the monitor's menu somewhere.

TBH, it is an older monitor that is “newly” connected to my PC. I assume VGA means a monitor that is screwed in with the 2 screws ? That is what I have.

I probably need to replace it with something new. My PC is about 6-7 years old.

VGA is a 15 pin connector with three rows of 5 pins. It stands for Video Graphics Array.
