If you have specific questions you can ask Tim with PG Music in the iOS forum section. I'm also in that particular forum, or our tech support team is available through our online chat or at support@pgmusic.com My understanding is PG Music maintains RealTracks on one of their web servers. When there is a need for a RealTrack generation the generation occurs on their web server and the generated RealTrack is pushed to the app. This means you should not be constrained by device memory or storage limitations. This is correct - all Realtrack generation is handled by the server. If there is no internet connection, then MIDI styles can be used instead.
