Ditto all the positive comments...lots of power, great vocal, excellent solo's, first-rate production. I also agree with the stops/tamborine--lends a lot of emphasis, keeps the listener in there.

Alan Thanks, Alan! Dave, it irked me that I could remember the title but not the tune (getting old), so I went back and listened to the original on ReverbNation. Wow, you really reworked it sonically. The same song but on steroids now. Really sounds good, def worth the time to redo it. If I redo one of my songs, I usually make it worse. Great job, looking forward to hearing CS on some new material. Should have a new one in a couple of weeks I think, Bob, lyrics are written and Chris is going to record her vocals on the weekend. Wow! That is fantastic!
Loved the stops to give impact to the title line, the soaring guitar solo, and also how you merged vocal and guitar on a couple of notes. For me, I wasn't paying attention to the lyrics (they were just the vehicle for the music) and I like it that way when lyrics become fully integrated into the music. I read the lyrics afterwards and they non-specific which gives them a universal purpose to that heard by the listener.
The only bit I wasn't sure about was the ending - but that might be my OCD wanting everything to fall in neatly. I'm the same when it comes to vocals, especially with a good singer; I initially listen to it as an instrument and then later come back and pay attention to the lyric. Thanks for the listen and kind words! Superb song and recording on all levels. 1st class vocals and of course lead guitar. Can never have enough of that. Appreciate that, Chay! Blue Attitude' living up to the name on all levels. Christiane nails the vocal. Marty's deep full tone and spot on playing holds down the low end and provides the glue and Dave, your standout approach to soloing turns up the heat. Great playing. Loved it all! Means a lot coming from you, thanks, Tom!

Dave...very cool tune...from folk to full rocker...love songs like this! Christine is awesome...great to hear her again...you knocked it out of the park...your guitar work is stellar and Marty knows how to build a foundation to rest it on...another tremendous tune!

This already was a killer line up, but adding Marty in the mix make the group an unstoppable force. Love this song. It is comparable in quality to any of the top music from the 70s/80s. Kris's vocal has such power. OMG, that guitar solo is out of this world! I had to listen to it a few times to savor it.
